Scott went above and beyond to educate me on the financial side of the buying process. He also helped me overcome some hurdles unique to my buying situation. I found Scott from a referral from friends, who told me that they would've never been able to buy their property without his skills and experience. When I first came to Scott my credit scores were not that high. He gave me hope and told me what I had to do to raise them. He even followed up with me to check on my progress. I did exactly what he said and my credit score raised which qualified me for the home loan I wanted. He was honest every step of the way and even though I had an approval amount he gave his honest opinion on if it was a good deal for me or not. His knowledge and experience helped me get the best home loan. He’s great!

Scott was always available to answer questions 7 days a week. Although I’m sure he had multiple clients he was taking care of while handling my loan, he made me feel like I was his only client.
